Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Because we deal with consumable goods, rapid processing ensures maximum freshness. You will receive a notification once your order has left our facility.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within 7 business days. Please note that while we strive to meet this timeline, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by local holidays, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are determined based on the total weight of your package (including protective packaging for glass jars) and the final delivery destination.

Special Care for Perishable Items

Because our product line includes perishable wet chutneys alongside dry masalas, our packaging is strictly designed to prevent leaks, breakage, and spoilage. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure these sensitive items reach you within the stipulated 7 business days without compromising on quality or hygiene.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification from us containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.

Undeliverable Packages & Address Errors

  • Please ensure your delivery address, including the exact pin code and a reachable phone number, is 100% accurate at checkout.
  • Jenil's Sabras Masala is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly crushed, heavily stained, or leaking, please refuse the delivery from the courier if possible. If you discover the damage after unboxing, please refer to our Refund and Replacement Policy and contact our support team within 24 hours with photographic proof.
