2. Product Accuracy and Variations

Spices and chutneys are agricultural and artisanal products. While we maintain strict quality control, slight variations in color, texture, or aroma may occur between batches depending on the harvest season. The images on our website are for illustrative purposes; actual packaging and product appearance may slightly vary.

3. Food Safety and Allergen Disclaimer

• All our products are prepared and packed in facilities that handle various spices, seeds, and food ingredients.
• It is the customer's responsibility to review the ingredient lists provided on the website and the physical labels for potential allergens before consumption.
• Our products comply with standard FSSAI regulations.

4. Shelf Life and Storage

Our chutneys and spices have specific storage instructions printed on the label (e.g., "Refrigerate after opening" for chutneys, or "Store in a cool, dry place" for dry spice blends). Jenil's Sabras Masala is not liable for product spoilage resulting from improper storage by the customer after delivery.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the weight of the order. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice, but any order already placed will be honored at the price applicable at the time of purchase.

6. Dispatch and Cancellations

Since we deal in consumable goods, orders are typically processed within 24 hours of working days to ensure freshness.

• You may cancel an order free of charge before it has been dispatched.
• Once an order containing perishable items (like wet chutneys) or sealed spices has left our facility, cancellations are not permitted.
