Boil 250 grams of basmati rice, and then add onion ginger, garlic chutney in 3 spoons of oil and puree of 2 tomatoes. Add chilli and turmeric and boil. After oil separates, add shahi biriyani masala of jenil sabras masala. Add salt as per your taste, and then add 2 tablespoons of ghee, half a cup of milk and cover, heat on low flame for 15 minutes, later serve with salad.
