CHOLE CHANA MASALA

Soak 100 grams chickpeas overnight. Boil and keep aside. Heat 3 tbsp oil, fry 2 chopped onions till golden brown. Add 1 tbsp coriander and chilli powder. Add 1 tbsp jenil's sabras chole masala. Fry for 3 minutes on low flame. Add 1 chopped tomato, 3 chopped green chillies and ½ inch ginger finely chopped. Add boiled chole. Add salt, let it cook for 5 minutes. Add 1½ tbsp jenil's sabras chaat masala and kasuri methi for more flavour.
