The Humble Bakery Beginnings
Our journey didn't start in a factory, but in a local bakery. To boost sales of pakodi (Pani Puri), our founder created a highly flavorful, instant masala for the water. It was the market's very first instant Pani Puri masala—just add water!
Official Birth of the Brand
We officially registered the company as "Jenil Sabras Masala." Starting with just 6 core products—including our famous instant Pav Bhaji and Pani Puri masalas—we laid the foundation for a spice revolution.
Taking the Taste of India Global
Our authentic flavors couldn't stay local for long. By 2017, our products were reaching Australia through export agents. By 2022, we expanded our reach significantly, directly supplying our brand-name spices to Indian hotels and restaurants internationally.
A Legacy of 95+ Flavors
From a single Pani Puri water masala, our catalog has grown to approximately 97 distinct products, including dry Manchurian masalas, chutneys, and premium pastes. We continue to innovate, driven purely by the love and demand of our customers.
