Cooking Instructions:
- Boil 250 grams of premium Basmati rice until cooked, drain, and set aside.
- In a separate pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil. Add your prepared onion, ginger, and garlic chutney along with the puree of 2 fresh tomatoes.
- Add chili powder and turmeric to taste, and let the mixture boil thoroughly.
- Once the oil begins to separate from the gravy base, add your required amount of Jenil's Sabras Masala Shahi Biriyani Masala. Add salt according to your taste preferences.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of rich ghee and half a cup of milk, then layer your boiled rice over the gravy.
- Cover the vessel tightly and allow it to cook on a low flame for 15 minutes to trap the steam (dum). Serve hot alongside a fresh salad!
