Cooking Instructions:

  1. Slice your fresh pav through the middle, ensuring one side remains joined together.
  2. Heat 1/2 teaspoon of oil or butter in a pan or flat tawa over a low flame.
  3. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of Jenil's Sabras Masala Vadapav Masala directly into the warm butter or oil.
  4. Place the open, cut side of the pav directly onto the spice mix. Press it down gently with a spatula or spoon and let it toast for 20–30 seconds until it turns beautifully light brown.
  5. Flip the pav over and lightly toast the upper side until it is warm and slightly crisp.
  6. Spread a layer of fresh green chutney on the inside, pop your hot, freshly fried Aloo Vada right in the middle, and serve immediately alongside extra green chutney and sweet tomato sauce!
