Cooking Instructions:

1. Boil 250 grams of premium Basmati rice and set it aside.
2. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan, then fry an onion-ginger-garlic paste/chutney along with the puree of 2 tomatoes.
3. Add chili powder and turmeric, cooking the mixture until the oil separates.
4. Stir in **Jenil's Sabras Biriyani Masala** and add salt to taste.
5. Layer in your rice, add 2 tablespoons of ghee and half a cup of milk, then cover tightly.
6. Cook on a low flame (dum) for 15 minutes, then serve hot with a side of fresh salad.
